Banking Law
The firm has solid experience in the field. In fact, Mariño Vila Abogados manages all the legal counselling, as well as foreclosures, and defense in all types of banking products (swaps, multi-currency, structured) for an important bank in the Canary Islands.
Tourism Law
Mariño Vila Abogados has carried out sale and acquisition operations of tourist assets, as well as contracting all types of businesses related to tourism.
